Default Throw out bearing going?

Hey so about a week ago my transmission started making an odd sound whenever I push the clutch. It sounds like my flywheel is free spinning somewhat and when I try to put it into gear, either it wont go into gear or extremely hard to get into gear. Or it makes a horrible sound and kinda clunks into gear no matter how softly i let the clutch out.

I talked to my dad and told him the symptoms and he said he could be my throw out bearing.

Could that be the problem? I dont know that much about transmission issues so im pretty lost. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

oh the motor is a d16. car-94 eg sedan
