Budget suspension for an eg?
I'm not looking for something that's crazy expensive, I want to get a decent drop to pull off my 15 inch wheels with low profile tires.
the car doesn't need to handle like its on rails...
i'd like it to be adjustable, so coilovers would be cool, but i've seen people run coil sleeves and be just fine wit the right struts..but i'm a little skeptic about those...
i've looked into skunk2 coilovers but i dont know if they will go low enough
i am no looking to spend anything over 800 if at all possible

i would look into a spring/shock combo. I ran nuespeed race springs with KYB GR2's for a long time on my DC and the set up was perfect on my 15" blades. why do you want adjustable's??? you say your looking for a budget set up.
i'd like to be able to pull off the wheels, the wheels frankly are worth more than my car, i picked them up beat up for a cheap price but when they are done..i want them to look right. if the car sits half an inch too high it'll suck..i'm thinking of just biting the bullet and settling for tein ha's or what...it's gotten to the "you get what you pay for" point
or the tested and true GC and koni shocks with extended top hats for a little bit more.or PIC Apex's get a somewhat higher springrate since you want to be what seems very low....to prevent the shock from bottoming out.

dude...you can be slammed with this setup....just figure out what springrate u need and buy em with estended tophots as you will need em if you are slammed. the same sub forum you found to post this thread us the same forum u need to search for more information regarding any and almost anything you need to know about suspension. its been covered a million plus one times by now.
From too low to actually use to stock height. Unless you use the extended upper mounts, then its from really really too low to actually use to about 1.5" below stock. About, because you can get almost to stock height with enough spring preload.

I use to run 380 lb/in springs on my GC's on Koni Sport shocks and never had a problem. No dents in my shock towers at all.
