You need to add more information in your post. Do you have proof this motor has 50,000 on it? (paperwork from where the motor was bougt).

Is this the complete changeover? (everything included to drop in a car and have it run.)

Any issuse whatsoever with the motor/trans?

Motor/trans/ECU, with papers, around $3900. Though $3900 is a lot of money for a motor these days, that's the average price for a 96-97 ITR spec swap.

How many people just "Stumble" upon a B18C ITR, and have no idea what it's worth? Unless you work for a junkyard and it just happened to be in a civic or some other honda.

A quick google search should reveal all info needed.

Thanks for the info there guys . I think some of you need to calm down with your accusations . I didnt just happen to see it in the road and decide to pick it up lol. I am from the Uk and i just wanted to see wether it was worht my while to sell it to someone in the US. The engine is fully legit and will come with all the legitamate paper work from the Uk. It will also include the whole kit ¬e.c.u ,gearbox and all the other ancilleries.

Thanks for the help guys

Unfortunately, there are far too many stolen ITR's & Hondas in the US. You can't blame us for questioning a first time poster, trying to sell an ITR swap, who doesn't provide much info.

quick sale, I would say $2500 USD.

Wait for the right buyer, do a compression test to prove it's condition, etc. And ask for $3500 USD.

should have mentioned that in your first post...gotta understand that someone coming on here and their very first post asking "how much a an ITR engine is worth" looks very suspect to us.
