Default fuel pump good and relay good no fuel

ok if i jump power to the fuel pump it works and the car starts and runs. i also checked the relay and its working, but if i don't jump power to the pump then the pump doesn't turn on. ive searched and searched and found nothing. can someone please help me with this...thanks

yes i checked all the normal stuff, fuses, pump, relay ect. still haven't figured it out. right now i have a power wire and toggle switch ran strait to the pump and it runs fine but i think its kinda half assed. any more ideas????

This may sound dumb but is the main relay more then one relay in one?? Because when i took it out from under the dash i could hear it click on when i turned the key on. So thats why im assuming its good and the ignition still works so is there more going on inside of it then i think??

ok dude trace all the wires back i had the same problem and it came back to a wire kinked up

yeh dude a wire not a hose my crx had the same problem and one of the wires was exposed and wasn't allowing enough power to get to the fuel pump
