600 dollars for a b16 block or trade for a b series turbo kit GOOD LUCK. Also, how do you check the vins on a JDM block? Its obvious you have no ****ing clue what your talking about. So that would leave me to believe you also don't know **** about the block. I'm willing to bet its stock and has never been rebuilt. Your add is shady and so is your price/trade.

 

yea the crank pulley is chipped but im pretty sure most people who would buy this arent interested in ac anyway lol and you would be surprised mr. lurker, ive already had quite a few offers to trade for turbo parts and if you take a look on ebay you will find that these blocks go for $600 all day! as for the vins... thats what i was told by the person i recieved it from. im 18 ive only been messin with hondas for 2 yrs i apologize for not knowing everything under the sun like the ALMIGHTY MR. LURKER!!! Shady? wtf lol there is 5 pictures showing everyone exactly what it looks like... how on gods green earth is that shady?

 

OK well JDM blocks do not have VIN numbers. The number under the block stamp is not a VIN number. USDM blocks would have a VIN number.

 

I agree 600 bucks for a short block with "12k" on it is rather steep considering you can a legit long block from Hmotors for 900.

 

ok so jdm blocks dont have vins... and Hmotors has a b16 long block for $900... but its from 88-89 and its only rated at 160 hp! that is not the same motor i have... you can get a head for $300-$400 so even with this block for $600 you can still build a jdm b16 for about a grand... but whatev i gotta get rid of this thing so

even still.. i just bought a USDM SI long block for 600 bucks with a known history and 80 thousand miles.

your looking at a selling price of 300 or so.

 

Hey bro, too bad you're located "Near Philly" because over here on the west coast we treat fellow H-T members with a lot more respect...although putting an engine on the floor without ANYTHING to protect it is kinda horrible. By the way, JDM motors DO have VINs but that doesnt matter

 

i greatly appreciate the love cuz im def not feeling it on the east ha. the vin info is nice to know and i hope lurker boy gets to read that... what a doush. as for those pics... they are actually the pics that were sent to me from the dude i got it from. but anyways thanks alot for the support... this whole selling stuff on forums is kinda whack! thats why i stay on craigslist and just sold the block for $450 picked up at my house!!!!!!!!!!!!! so all you guys that gave me crap can suck one hahaha

 

does your motor have VINs? if it does why didnt you just take a picture of it to shut him up. If it doesnt have VINs then take out the part in your ad that says "vins have been checked and of course its not stolen or anything shady like that."

a kit worth 400 sounds like a half *** job.
