Okay, I've seen this issue posted here, but I don't want to hijack somebody's post and my issue's a little different.
Yesterday on my way home I got a CEL plugged my "code tool" into blue plug on passenger side got code 4. Where this is a little difficult is that I'm running a 99 Integra engine harness in a 94 Integra with B20 VTEC and chipped P28 ECU. Have had the car for almost 2 years with no problems. In my experience this is distributor problem, but I've read on here that 96 and up has it by oil pump.

if your running an obd1 ecu then you shouldnt have a problem with it. obd1 ecus dont even have it on their programs. even if you leave it unplugged you shouldnt get a CEL with the p28

Well it has CEL and all the things I said so I'm at a loss, will replace distributor and see what happens. Not being able to go past about 3000RPM basically means my poor teggy stays parked. Sorry crank position sensor.
