if you dont know the answer to those questions do you really think you can assemble the block yourself correctly?

buy a helms manual for a del sol or a civic (something with a B16) pick up some micro meter's a bore Gauge and some plasta gauge to double check. yes hone it and check the cylinders to make sure it doesn't have to be bored also look into a new oil pump if you spun a bearing yours is most likely scared and wont work as well.

good luck

Sorry to hear about the motor
To be done right you need to disassenble the entire motor and have it all cleaned. All of the oil passages are probably full of metal. If you just bolt new stuff on then the metal will scare/ruin the new crank and so forth.
Although the metal that is in there now has probably already scored cylinder walls, Cams and all the other bearing surfaces. You really need to check the entire motor.

Good Luck.
