Default wanting to strip interior

I kinda want to strip my interior in my crx. Does anybody have any photos of their crx's interior stripped and painted? I cant really decide if i want to or not.

true... although my interior was not really worth much cause the previous owner smoked, their dog lived in the car... and everything was pretty well scuffed

jesus you need to wash that car... trust me i know ill find some pics

as you can see, every panel was more than destroyed


carpet was even worse stains, more cig holes than i could count, ripped by the pedals


some of the interior out


all the garbage out and thrown away, not one good piece to save...


after a day of cleaning


and how i roll daily

IMO it only looks good when the floor is super clean.
Some of the **** is almost impossible to get off lol.
But if you can make it look clean and don't want to DD it, then I say go for it.

Yeah, the weight saving factor is there, but the noise is a totally different story. I thought that someone was shooting at me when rock hit the side for the first time. I am gonna put it back eventually.
JScott3d, is it just paint or is it the rubberized coating you painted the floor with?

X2 My crx is my 2nd vehicle.I dont drive it as a DD. I will agree it is hard to get all the **** off.

If you do decide to gut it, dont lose/throw away the interior parts.. they get harder to find everyday. I take out stuff for the track, and put it back when i want to drive people around. Just do you.

you could go to the appearance forum and check out the build threads. i mean, might not find a bunch of ef's, but painted in interior, is painted interior.
