Hi,
I'm new to the forum but have a troubling issue. Yesterday somebody kicked off the side mirrors of my 2000 Civic. I was able to salvage the parts and pretty sure I can put it back together.

My question however is, any idea in terms of how to wire the power back as the wires were ripped off? So now I have an assortment of colored wires I don't know how to match. There are 3 coming out of the mirrors and then 6 that are coming out of the door.

Also where is the fuse located, just in case I start mix-matching the wires and the fuse?

fuses are under the dash to the left above the clutch pedal. the 3 in the door go to the speakers the other are up/down and ground and left/right with the wires you cant go wrong. ground the black. and just put the wires together, the worst happens is that you adjust the mirror up and it goes to the right etc. then just switch the other wires back around.

 

Do you know what fuse number it is? There are a bunch of fuses under the dash and the card does not state which is for power mirrors.

In terms of the wiring, the 3 coming out of the mirror are pink, brown, and green... Not quite the standard red, black, etc....
