i have a jdm type r in my coupe & i'm looking to upgrade my head.
i've been asking around and trying to figure out what all i want to go with sense this will be my DD! I'm going to be port and polishing my head and upgrading the valve train with (supertech spring, retainers, locks, etc.)
right now i'm at the basic bolt on level of h,i,e and light weight fly wheel.

the majority across the board has made it come down to m22x or s2s2....

could i just get a little feed back on what these cams would be like for a DD! do you guys find these cams to make good #'s and will they be too aggressive for a Daily??

I had Sk2Stg2's in a stock Gsr(Sk2 valvetrain) for 2 yrs without any problems on my DD. Save a few bucks and get the Blox stage 2 tuner series(Blox B).

 

i agree, blox b's are a great cam for the money. im currently running them in my jdm gsr, nice power from 7-9k.

 

buddy clubs spec3's are also a good choice for a DD cam

 

I run the M22x's on my DD and they make great power and run as well as the stock cams did.
