there needs to be an integra suspension thread. i have eibach springs, i love how they ride. i do however have stock shocks. as far as shocks go, i'm not sure what i'm going to end up getting when the stockers take a ****, so no input from me there.

What would be best to use is entirely dependent on what he intends to do with the car. Without that information, there can be no (good) suggestions.

Mine is a daily driver / autocross / HPDE car. I have suspension parts that would be a complete waste on a daily driver. For me, cosmetics don't matter at all, I'll use whatever ride height results in the best handling.

Different priorities will call for different parts.

Have him start reading in the suspension forum.

I have skunk 2 lowering springs with a 2.5' drop and tokico blue shocks. It is inbetween a really stiff suspension and a stock suspension. I like the ride a lot but am more into the really stiff ride so I'll probably upgrade in a few years

step 1: Get a cutter
step 2: Cut your springs
step 3: Love how slammed your car is
step 4: Hate how bouncy your car is ha

Then get money ha, jk
