i just traded for a 1991 crx dx and the seats are all torn up so i thought i would throw in my Ls seats i have laying around and i cant seem to get them to fit... i tried switching the seat rails but that wont work... so i need help give me some info or redirct me to a thread that could help me out...
Just get a long screw driver and stick it in between where the coushin meets the metal seat pan and just gently pry it out.
Be gentle though because the foam can tear.
I swapped my seats twice, first from an EG and then for 90 si seats in my 89 dx.
There's a write up in the FAQ thread.

This guy even used Integra seats and the pictures are still there.
It's actually fairly easy, I can answer any questions you might have.

well in that faq thread it shows switching up the top and bottom parts of the seats but i also heard i could just switch the seat pans and it will line right up so what is correct?
Just go for it, it's easy and self explanitory when you start doing it.
I didn't even read the FAQ just went ***** out.
When i seat pan swapped 91 SI seats to my 89 Hatch i had to switch the top halves of the seats too. Wasn't hard.

That would be the easiest and most ideal situation though because it kind of sucks getting the fabric off of the top of the seats.
Definitely worth a try!
