Default Problems with my 93 CBR F2 again!

Well as some of you may know I was having carburetor problems with my CBR F2 a couple weeks ago. It idled funky and even bogged whenever I gave it some throttle. Well I finally got it to run fine (with the choke on) and it was very throttle responsive even at higher speeds. Well my buddy tipped my bike over and I had to take it to the shop to get a new pulse sensor cover installed. After about two weeks I got back. (yesterday) When they gave it back to me it was running fine with the choke completely off. (The way it should be) Now it runs fine with the choke off but when I start to roll the throttle open it seems to bog down like it is not getting any fuel, and it has no power top end. If I keep it in 1st 2nd or even 3rd gear but at higher rpms its fine. Once I start to go into 4th and so on, If I give it a bit of throttle it bogs. (I remembered not to simply open the throttle on carburated motors, But to roll the throttle and that is what Ive been doing)

On top of all that, Almost every time that I gun it a bit, It drains radiator fluid out of the bottom hose, Which I believe is the drain hose. But why does it do it just about every time I open her up?

I still think It's my carburetor that needs to be cleaned, But why is it acting different than before? Now I don't need to use the choke but if I apply it it dies... Before It wouldn't run without the choke on?? =(

I am sure they adjusted you air/fuel mixture and or your idle screw while in the shop... they probably got tired of it bogging all the time. So you never open up your carbs? those are CV carbs and are prone to tear the diaphragm, check for a tear there.

CV? These are new terms for me, I'm a noob at motorcycles and Carburetors haha! Sorry man.. I mean it almost feels like the bike is running lean but only at higher RPM's...

What about the drain hose leaking radiator fluid every time I give it full throttle?

Well today I took out the dip stick to check my oil and I noticed a "white" sludge in the crank case. I've been doing some research and everyone says its a blown Head gasket, The only funny part is my bike rides fine and doesn't over heat. I did notice a loss of power though.... Can anyone confirm a blown head gasket?
