Default 95 ex coupe headlight not working

Ok so today i want to get some hids from a buddy and when i got them his plug was messed up and had 2 plugs to plug into the factory headlight plug. Well i think i put the plugs backwards. So now my headlight does not work. I check the fuses and i have power at the lowbeam fuse but not he highbeam. I dont have power at the plug tho. Anyone know what this may be?

the plugs from the hids had the plug missing so it had a plug on the pos. and a plug on the neg wires. i believe i put the neg wire into the power and power into the neg. these did not have highs so no wire to the top,

it would have blown the fuse the second you turned them on check that.

ok my hids have a ballast with 1 wire going to the bulb and the bulb has a wire going to the oem socket and a wire doing to the ballest,,, that is a h4 kit and that how yours should be. check the headlight relay under the hood, then check the 4 underdash fuses 1 each light HI/LO

please take a pic its confusing me....

i dont have the hids cuz i thought it was a blown ballest. from the oem plug to your ballest there are 2 or 3 wires depending on if you have just low hids or low/high. well the plug from the ballest didnt have the plu g it had broke and only had the pos and neg wires from it. the fuses werent blown either under the dash and under the hood. im thinkin i may have messed up the oem plug.

well if it was the ballast that didnt have the plug then just get a new kit.

put another set of lights in and see if that works....
did you cut the wires on the car harness?
