Rear Disc brakes on ej1
I just got a complete rear disc conversion for my ex coupe. I would like to know if the 4040 prop valve is a necessity or optional? I would also like to know if I should replace my MC/BB, if so with what make and model?
PS- I did search...TIA

Yes, you should definately look to use the 4040 prop valve. Your stock BB should be fine, but you may want to use a 15/16 MC for a more desireable[sp?] pedal feel.
Just to clear up any confusion...I was talking about the rear brake lines on the trailing arm...Do I use integra lines or civic coupe wit rear disc brake lines?
integra coupe lines and civic ear disk lines are the same i believe. i ordered a set for my car, 95 civic ex and my bros, 00 dc2 teg and they were the same.
i actually am using my stock prop valve, the 40/40 isnt necessary to make the system work, but with out it you are alot more likely to lock your rear tires up under heavy braking.
also, i am pretty sure the civic ex stock master cylinder is 15/16. you can also use an s2k master cylinder and brake booster if you wanna get a lil fancier
