Clutch A/C Compressor and Oil
I have a hard time pulling out the clutch on my 95 accord's compressor... I got the center bolt and the snap ring out... now I cant remove the actual clutch, do I need to hammer it out? or I need to remove something else besides the snap ring?
also... how much oil does the compressor needs?
Also... Do you think that an A/C compressor from a 96 civic will fit in the accord with the exception of the clutch?

Try what I say...maybe it'll help you...as I my Dad was a technician now retd.
I got some knowledge passed on from him.....!!!!
If possible, run the engine at idle for a few minutes with the compressor engaged.
Switch the engine and compressor off. Disconnect the battery cables, then disable the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS).
Safely discharge the air conditioning system using the proper recovery/recycling equipment.
Remove the power steering pump but do not disconnect any fluid hoses.
Remove the alternator. Unplug the connectors for the condenser fan motor and the compressor. Remove the fan mounting shroud and fan.

The compressor is already out... I dont know if you can take out the bolt and the snap ring from the clutch without taking out the compressor... and common sense I guess...
