Hey I just did a swap putting a D16Z6 into a 1996 civic and have a P28 ecu with the conversion harness from obd2 to obd1. My question is that it seems its in limp mode because it won't rev up at all, the car just has no power and sometimes it wont start because its flooding. The car also runs pretty rich. Is there any suggestions anyone might have for me to figure out whats wrong? Thanks for any help

Well the check engine light is on but since Its converted I don't know how to check for codes since the normal obd2 plut is useless

 

u still can check the code i have the jumper harness too and i can check the codes still
