Please help!!!
I bought the civic EK 2000 dx, and I try to convert to power window. I bought the floor harness from EK SI 2000 and have replaced it completely. After that I found an old alarm system in the car, but which is not working; therefore, I remove all the brain,sensor,relay, and harness. I also took the fuse box out, after that I plugged everything back in. Now everything work fine; signal, headlight,and other etc, but the engine. I try to start, it sound like normal like it would start, but no. it crank, but the engine won't run. I gave up and don't know what wrong with it. Thank you!

 

when you turn the key on (right before start), does the fuel pump prime? if not it's either a fuse or the main relay.

 

Thank for the hint.. I will check that out, but before that the engine were running fine.

 

Make sure your coil is getting power.

 

As mentioned, listen for whether the fuel pump primes and also whether there is spark at the plugs.
