Default better air flow/ Muffler ???

hey guys well i drive an integra gsr 4-1 headers 2.25 inch straight pipe, with a STOCK muffler!! so I'd like to have ur opinion on what kind of muffler would be more convenient for me. i don't want it to be to loud because i don't want or need the attention i just want the better air flow!... i was advised to get 2.50 inch either dynomax or flow master exhaust! .. but im not to sure about those from wat i know they're really loud!.... so i would really appreciate your opinion! thnx

I got a SMSP 2.5" piping kit with the magnaflow "race" muffler. Works great for me and it is not too loud with a 22" resonater.

the first thing i did on my integra when i did my motor swap was buy a set of racing headers and a down-pipe, that 4-1 is really restrictive, mine is now 4-2-1 at cat. car runs great and it dosent have that retarded loud noise from a big fat useless muffler

highly recommend this. I replaced my greddy turboback with this and its much more subtle and quiet at low rpm. However, it roars at higher rpm's (what I intended to achieve). Running turbo setup with no cat and 12" resonator.

I suggest getting what i've purchased on all my honda's and which im also gunna get for my da9 teg with a 2.5" downpipe . A 2.5" cherry bomb turbo muffler. You can get them @ Autozone for $30 and they look bone stock but better than oem and they sound good in my opinion with i/h/e ect. I had a jdm b16 ek hatch and a gsr eg hatch with 2.5" downpipe with this muffler and they worked great and sounded great. I dont plan on switching either because i've never had a problem with the po po's and it helps performance wise.
This is what my eg hatch looked like with it....

and here's a video of me with the gsr eg running on shitty tires so you can listen to what you're pretty much gunna have...you basically start hearing the muffler after 4,000-4,500 rpm inside the car...

stock jdm type r muffler, oh wait that 2.5" okay get a jdm style header too.

If it is low noise you want, never consider a thermal, or anything with the words N1 style!

Ive got an N1 Jdm style that is pretty loud I'd say, the silencer it comes with makes it raspy, I hated that and pitched the silencer.
