Default Parking brake Adjustment Questions

I just did a rear disc conversion. My parking brake cable on the passenger side is significantly tighter than the drivers side. Is there something wrong if that is true? What do i need to do to get the correct amount of tension on the passenger side? It's a 2000 ex coupe with si parking brake cables and integra trailing arms.

Pull up the plastics around the ebrake handle, you can adjust the individual tension of the cables there.
