Default ECU problem

Alright so I have an EF with LS swap. My motor ran fine before, but my fan didn't trun on. So while I trouble shooted that, I did accidently touch pos and neg like 3 times. Anyways I fixed fan and when I when to turn car on I didn't get any spark. So I checked ecu and I'm not getting any respond. Its a obd0 PR$ and the led light is not even blinking once. I'm not getting any fuel. So my ecu is not grounding main relay. I swapped dizzy's and ecu's that are know to be in working condition and same problem. What went wrong?

There is a fuse under the hood for the ecu. This supplies the power to the ECU. Im 99% that fuse is blown and not giving you power to you ecu which it can't supply power to the main relay which cant turn on the fuel pump.

Check the fuse in the underdash #14 Alternator Solenoid valve...

I don't see anywhere that you said you check the ECU fuse under the hood you just said you get no response from the ECU, hence why I suggested to check the fuse.
