all tha info you need is in the repair manuals, either a Haynes or a Helms manual. people say the Helms is better but i have the Haynes and its just fine for me. you can order them online or ebay, or most local auto parts stores have them in stock for civics and integras.

I was just looking at this the other day. I have the same engine. I am still looking for the requirements as well.

There were a couple sellers on eBay that sold step by step Honda engine building DVD's. You may want to look into those. Just search eBay motors for a complete engines and by D16 and sort by price. They should be listed at the top.

I had also found a couple You Tube videos on the subject but did not save the links.

Agreed. That's why I made sure they were relevant to Honda motors. So, they should be right down your alley.

unfortunatly i dont think there is much from honda other then the OEM honda repair manual, it has all the spec you need, you can find it for free online if you look carefully. but the haynes manual has all the same specs, i have both...

Yeah. I just found the OEM Service manual, which is what I was really wanting. There is a lot more installation information there than in the Haynes book.
