There seems to be oil leaking from the connector for the vtec solenoid. I assume its leaving the solenoid itself & somehow working its way up the wires to the connector & spilling out there. Has anyone ever had this problem? Is this just a gasket issue, or do I need to replace the whole unit?

do a search under spool valve or VTEC solenoid and you will find some very good instructions with pics. There are two gaskets that need replacing...very easy job.

I know this is very old thread, I'm have same problem on my 96 accord. Did this fix problem?
