I sold my 2000 PY #714 almost 3 years ago now and I am just curious if anyone has seen it? I sold it to a guy in Atlanta but he turned around and sold it 3 months later to a kid in Ohio. Last time I saw a pic it was at a carshow somewhere around Cleveland. Where are the HT L33T detectives. I had a dream I bought it back. It was a PY with a K20A swap.

very nice car, k swaps in 06 were not too common (well not like now)

 

Car did not but I sold the components to add it. Not sure if it was ever added. The K20A swap back then was very rare, especially in a Type R. It was one of the firsts of its kind.

I don't regret selling the car because it was the right thing to do at that time in my life, but now I am older and have the ability to have a second car again. I have test driven many things, and I always compare them to the R. It is an amazing car.

 

Very clean swap. I think just about everyone regrets selling their R's.

 

I don't have any info on it since Al "eightiesfan" was selling heR. I just ran heR VIN through the National Insurance Crime Bureau and she doesn't come up with any theft or total loss records...so that is good.

 

Haven't come across heR. What color is she?

 

Last thing I heard from Al was that he sold it to a kid in Ohio. I have no information from there. I am glad it isnt stolen or wrecked

Did you go to the ITR Expo at Mid-Ohio last year? If not, you missed out!

 

I did not, I would love to get involved in some ITR events. Just graduated college so now I have the time to enjoy myself once in awhile!

 

I have not been able to enjoy the car like I have wanted to, I have put a total of 11,000 miles on it in 6 years. That is going to change this summer.

 

Awesome to see the car has resurfaced after several years.

 

The most needed question is...do you have a camera?
