Ok, so I'm setting up my greddy blue box and I need to solder 2 wires to the map sensor wire going to the ECU, but in the place where it says this wire should be, there is no wire, here is the diagram I am looking at, maybe someone could shed some light as to what wire it is supposed to go to?



The 2 wires I am talking about are the green and white wires at the bottom.

The bolded one (D17 WHT MAP Map Signal) is the one I am talking about, could anyone put in english which wire this is on the actual harness?

and it says that D17 is the third one over on the top of the 22 pin clip, just like the Blue Box install manual says, but on my ECU clip I dont have a wire that goes to that part, will I have to get a clip thing and attach it to the ECU manually like that? or is there another way to do this?

 

it has to be. its exactly where it shows on the diagram... split the wire in the middle and run the green to the ecu side and the white wire towards the map.

 

See that's the problem I don't have the white wire, or any wire for that matter in that spot where they claim it should be.

 

Weird... Are you sure you're looking at the right pin? There should be a wire going from the MAP sensor to the ECU.

 

yea there definitley is one. are you sure you had the right diagram?

 

Yeah, I'm looking at the 2nd biggest clip, the 22 pin clip and there is no wire 3 to the left from the right side. but there is a white wire with a blue stripe in the first slot on the top.

No, there is no wire, I have pics I'll upload when I get home.

As you can see in the first pic the 3 connectors, and in the second pic, the 22pin middle sized one without a White MAP sensor wire.
