I've got an 87 lxi...it's the a20a3 fuel injected with a 4 speed auto tranny...... but I only seem to be getting about 22 mpg with it. is this normal? I've replaced the fuel filter, plugs, and wires. the pgm-fi is showing no faults. it was a t one time showing the tw sensor fault but i replaced it and it cleared.... I'm really at a loss. I also replaced the air filter. egr seems to be operating normal as well....any help would be appreciated

haha actually it wasn't anything I've done so get your facts straight. the thing i asked at 3 geez was concerning an idling issue...not crappy mpg.

 

hmmm. maybe both are connected?
