Manual steering rack for 91 integra.
Does anyone know of a company that makes a manual steering rack for a 91 integra? I've heard of the looping method, is that the only way? http://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/sr...ies/scared.gif
On a DA, the 2 options for removing your power steering are to remove everything and loop the lines at the rack, or get a manual rack from an 88-91 ef civic from a junkyard or whatever. I think you have to add a couple spacers or something since it doesn't mount up perfectly, but works just fine.
The issue with the civic racks is they have a worse steering ratio, so it takes more turns of the wheel from lock to lock. Quaife makes a kit improve the ratio, I think it's a couple hundred bucks.

Loop method is what I'll be doing soon on my DC4. I've read through many posts from people who have done this and love it. The feel is supposed to be very nice and you get to keep the tight ratio of the power Integra rack. DO IT.
I have a 91 integra. Im building it from the bottom up to boost it. I'm doing ls/vtec with Je pistons and eagle rods. 10:5 CR. GSR head ported and polished. Either CTR pistons or skunk2 pro series. How much power do u think i could make with this setup? Let me know. Thanks
