Component/Tweeter Trim Pieces
I'm about to install component speakers in the front of my car. I have a '95 Integra LS sedan that came with front coaxials. I was talking to the guy down at the audio shop, and he mentioned that some Integra's, he thinks they are GS-R's, came with component speakers stock/factory optional. So that means there may be a trim piece I can swap into my car to mount my tweeters in to make the install look slick? Anybody have any more info for me?

Sounds like a road trip to your local Acura parts Department.....calling shotgun
I know that some civics have it...I really dont see why not..it may come as a complete unit with the speakers built in or as a seperate unit.

So some Civic's have a tweeter trim piece in... the A pillar - front corner of front doors? Anyone want to take their time and give me a direct link to such a piece in an online parts catalogue?

yes the installer you talked to was correct gsrs do have the tweeter cut out and so do you (kinda) if you look at the back of your door panel you will see that the upper part around where the dash woud be there is a dotted line that has actual placement for the factory part or you can take a trip to your local junk yard "best foreign" in fredreck has alot of acuras you can pluck from or you can go to the dealer and pick a set of tweeter covers up
