Default 2000 Odyssey trany rebuild kit

Have anyone every got their odyssey's transmission rebuild? I know they are known for their tranny problem. My 2nd and 3rd gear was slipping so I took it to a local shop to get it fix. Thinking it might cost less than taking it to Honda. I paid $3400 including labor to have it fix. Now 2 months later. I am having the same problem. Or the begining of my original problem. I have a 12k or 12 months warranty on my transmission. I took it in to have it checked and found out that my 2nd and 3rd gear pressure selonoid were bad. They were going to charge me $79.95 each but do the labor for free. I didn't think I had to pay for it and told him I want to take my car to Honda to have them check it out. It doesn't make any sense that only 2 months later. I would experience my transmission slipping again. The shop owner told me that if I drove it like that and something break. I would be responsible for it. Trying very hard to convince me to have them fix it. After repeating that I want to take it to Honda. He said he'll call me back after talking to his boss. 5 min later he call me back and said his boss will buy it for me.

my question is...what does the Honda rebuilding kit come with? what is included?

Thanks!

On my receipt for when I got my tranny fix. It said tranny rebuild kit. So I thought it came in an entire kit and I didn't get what I paid for.

2nd and 3rd pressure solenoid were fixed and still experiencing the same problem. Only difference was it pull harder on 2nd and 3rd...but 1st gear still jerking and 2nd to 3rd is still rev'n over normal before switching gear.
