1992 honda accord EX
both my cigarette lighter and radio on my 1992 honda accord have no power, check all the fuses in the fuse box under the hood and they are all good, try go under the dash and cannot find any fuse there. Is there anything I can do to get bthem work again?
Blown fuse in the under-dash fuse box. I cannot recall which one it is off the top of my head, but I believe it is a 5A or 7.5A fuse. The dome light is usually run through this fuse as well.
hey make sure you put it up at the sun light, sometime it looks like its not burnt but they are. if all doesn't work for you still just rewire it , fine another constant 12v or create one straight to the battery add your own fuse and then fine the ignition 12v wire that runs to your hazard switch that will turn your radio off when you turn the ignition off or you can something else that you might have in mind. If you still feel uncomfortable about connecting to another 12v ignition switch just connect your yellow and red wire to the same wire that you connect to the battery make sure you add a fuse to it . hope this work for you good luck.
