My tune seems to be changing all the time, tuners need advice
My tune seems to be changing everytime I turn on the car. Right when I think I got everytime tuned out the very next day I turn on the car everything seems to be off. Everytime I run the car, idle and some parts of cruise idle is always either rich one day or lean the other day. I've made sure all of my IAT and ECT settings are set for hot and cold days. It seems as though I am having a hard time pinpointing these AFR's. Any advice on trying to make this tune a lot easier would be appreciated. I can also send my BIN if any tuner wants to take a look at it.
Should I just make the car run a bit richer? Like idle around 14.2 - 14.5 and cruise at those same AFRs also?
My setup:
D16z6
Vitara pistons
Eagle rods
Skunk2 IM
60MM throttle body
780cc injectors
Motorola 2.5 bar MPX4250 Scalar = 500 offset = 100
Neptune RTP
Greddy 15g turbo kit

I've re-calculated the Motorola 2.5 bar MPX4250AP and my current scalar and offset is off. My new calculations are; scalar = 490 and offset = -98. Not sure how much a difference having the wrong scalar and offset.
I'm fluctuating about .5 AFR. How do I post up my cal?

The wrong map sensor calibration will alter the tune quite a bit, depending how far off you were. From there, there shouldn't be any fluctuation if you've tuned the appropriate IAT and ECT corrections.
