I need a GSR tranny , in or close to PA. I have a 96 JDM ITR tranny for trade that i robbed the main shaft from to fix my USDM ITR thats in my car now. basically the ITR still has every thing including the LSD in it and i put my chipped main shaft back in it so it was at least complete still. judging by what a GSR trans and a ITR trans sell for on ebay the ITR diff alone is worth about the same as a GSR trans. The GSR trans absolutely must not grind or have any issues, i dont have time to put it in and yank it back out if it grinds. If the itr trans wasn't damaged, i would trade you. Mine is SUPER mint. It has gear speed synchros with about 3k and all.

 

i could put it back to normal however i need the GSR trans first since its my only car and i cant yank the tranny until i have the new one. i will probably end up just selling the diff on ebay and buying a GSR tranny, seems the diffs alone sell for what a good gsr tranny is worth. but i figured i would try this route first incase any one in PA had a spare GSR trans laying around and wanted a ITR diff and or part trans.

 

Yeah, you might have to shell out a little bit of $$ to get a fresh one. Everyone just buys these things and never uses them so they never truly know what shape its in. And of course, now your looking for one, so there wont be one lol. Good luck man!
