GSR synchro and ITR syncho the same?

GSR synchro and ITR syncho the same?
are the 4th gear brass synchros for GSR and ITR the same?? need to know if I can swap out a synchro from a GSR trans to my ITR trans since I cant get just the brass synchro by itself from Honda.

yes they are the same. i have done it numerous times when rebuilding a tranny.. or ordering parts when rebuilding
