Default obd0-obd1 quick feedback needed

Hi, I have a quick question because I'm working now on obd0-obd1 conversion in my 89' crx.
I'm running d16a9 motor with prelude obd2 dizzy.
I had some problems with conversion harness, especially two sensors:
CYP P
CYP M
and
CKP P
CKP M
I've got CEL, 9 (1'st cyl sensor), engine starts but it revs till 2,5k RMP.
There is possibility that i swapped those two sensors (by dizzy conversion harness).
Does that CEL explains that sensors might be swapped?

Ok I've swap back sensor wires and now i've wiring like in many tutors

C01 - CKP P --> B15 - CKP P
C02 - CKP M --> B16 - CKP M

B10 - CYP P --> B11 - CYP P
B12 - CYP M --> B12 - CYP M

Now there is no code 9, after switching ingition, but
engine won't start.
After shortenning diagnostic plug, constant cell lights up.

Should I check dizzy? wondering does spark plugs wires are in good order for that dizzy.
