Default Is this a real integra type?

Well today I went to the park to play soccer. In over at the park I saw a type r, but the steering wheel was on the left side. And from what I know the dc5 ITR only came out on japan. what yall think. I even took some pictures of it.

If you're going to fake badge something, at least make it match! Jesus christ! Type S in the rear and Type-R on the side. No wonder he is trying to hide behind his car. LOL
