Full Race/Custom Turbo Kit Part Out Sale SFWD
Decided to part out since i haven't had much interest in the complete kit. Prices are still without shipping. If you send me your info i can give you a shipped price.
I am selling the turbo setup off of my EG hatch. The setup is good for 800+ whp with the proper fuel setup, tuning, etc. My car made 765 whp and just under 500 wtq at 27psi on the dyno, so this setup is an easy 9 sec setup. I just could never drive it well enough to get there and my best run was a 10.008 @ 153 with a terrible 1.79 60'. The turbo has about 10 passes and a handful of dyno pulls on it and is in great condition. The rest of the kit may have another 10-15 passes on it, so everything is in great shape.
The kit consists of the following:
-Full Race Top Mount manifold with T4 flange and single Tial 44mm wastegate vband flange SOLD
-Full Race 4" Downpipe with 4" vibrant muffler welded onto it and vbanded SOLD
-Precision Ball Bearing T4 PT-67 (aka gt37r, or 6776r), .81a/r turbine side, .70 a/r ported S cover compressor side with oil feed, restrictor, return line, and water line fittings SOLD
-Tial 44mm wastegate (big yellow spring, about 10-11psi) SOLD
-Custom Bar and Plate intercooler, 21"x12"x3" $250
-Custom Intercooler Piping, 2.5" hot side (flanged for Tial 50mm BOV) and 3" cold side (one piece), all piping has been bead welded at the ends, never had it pop off, will also provide couplers and t-bolt clamps SOLD
-Tial 50mm BOV SOLD
-1000cc RC injectors SOLD
-Resistor box for Peak and Hold Injectors $15

I also have a one piece all aluminum 4" exhaust that will bolt up to this setup via the vband flange on the downpipe. it is a direct fit for the EG chassis and will probably only need minor adjustments to fit a DC/EK. Price is $500 plus shipping.
I have some fuel setup parts too, so if you need them just ask.

Right now i'd like to keep the kit complete, but will let you know if i decide to start parting it out.

kit is very versatile. turbo isn't gigantic, so can still be run in classes with a max turbo size of 67mm, but will make more than enough power to run well into the 9's.

walbro 255hp in tank, modified stock pickup with -8an fitting on top and stock send tube as return, -8an line to summit pre-filter and bosch 044 pump (both mounted on plate under spare tire well), and then -8an line up to the rail on the driver's side. i plan on keeping the fpr and stuff on the return side so i'm not going to list it. Car made 765whp on the dyno and the RC1000's were at about 90% duty cycle.
basically it's a 255hp feeding the bosch044 and -8an line. thanks for looking.
