Default what happens if the b20 vtec was revved too high?

i just bought a used block b20.. with eagle rods and some forged pistons. it was b20 vtec and used stock itr ecu... and i'm about to put this thing together but i was wondering what happens if the motor was revved to stock itr redline? the seller told me it was blue printed and balanced.. block has around 10000 miles on it.. i want to install a block girdle but i'm worried that the block was deformed due to high revving. what do you guys think? what should i consider doing before i put this together?? thanks for any inputs

the weak point would have been the rods but it appears like there are eagle rods so id assume you are fine. it wouldent hurt to go to a machine shop and have them look it over if your parinoid.
