I have the same thing with my new energy suspension front motor mount bushing insert ever since I put it in. No vibration at all before that... and it's REALLY bad when I turn the A/C on and the radiator fan comes on.. like.. super intense.

yes, i guranntee its the rear motor mount, i had it replaced, 460 parts and labor, if i only i had the tools to do it myslef, 200... so it wont harm your car for a while, but eventually it might start to screw up your other mounts... so i would have the dealer check, just the mounts....

one right on the lower crossmember, to the left of your header. Two on either side. One in the rear under your intake manifold.

i dont know about on the 4th gen mounts, but the rear mount on the 5th gen 4cyl.
is a electronically controlled mount.at idle, a solenoid opens a valve in the mount and lets fluid flow between the chambers. if any part of that mount system goes bad, the idle will be rough.

does the 4th gen have this same setup?

i thought of this when you said it's rough when you stop.
