I think I will start putting money into my car. I have a 2001 Integra GS. It already has an AEM Cold Air Intake and Greddy Exhaust. I am thinking on what to get for it an i suppose i was going to start with suspension. What i am thinking of getting.

Koni yellow shocks

skunk 2 intake manifold

some sort of throttle body

Maybe some headers?

I am very clueless and really not sure what is high quality out there.
Please, any suggestions and combination's i should use/get? Thanks.

 

if your looking for performance wise then get some header. the tri-y headers are real good but kinda pricey but any header will give u an increase. the intake manifold and TB i would wait off on cause it would do you no good if you dont have any internal engine work done ie cams, cam gears, valves and so on. suspension is really up to you on how your gonna use your car but koni yellow and ground controls are a good setup.
