Default Tire shine on a bike = FAIL!!!

I figured my /26 family would get a kick out of this.

This will not end well.

Nope, mine's older, blacker and has duller tires.

Sweet. I guess it makes old dulled-out tires look...well...shiny.

Wow.. That's an accident waiting to happen.

OT: Just out of curiosity lets say you roll thru some oil or coolant in a gas station parking lot.. How long do you guys think that could stay on your tires? WWYD?

Wipe off as much of it as you can, small burnout, then carry on.

If it's only on a small part of the tire, I wouldn't sweat it. The tire MAY slip a little but it will catch again. The danger is if the whole side of the tire is covered in coolant/oil/tire-shine.

It's not a turbo Honda, so it's not that serious.

Plus it's not like it's covered in real life on the street anyways. If a thief wants something, they'll get it...blurred plate or not.
