i have a b16a2 (with only an intake and header back ws2 exhaust) in my ej9, and my idle has really been pi$$ing me off. it only happens when i'm at a complete stop and it will go down to 900 then dip down to like 600 and sometimes even to like 400!!! it goes back 900 whenever i turn my lights on and when i turn on anything electronic the idle either dips or moves back to around 900. its really frustrating does anyone have any ideas on what this could be.

 

Is the CEL ON?

Try cleaning the IACV on the throttle body.

 

i dont have a CEL b/c the light is annoying, but i check codes regularly all i have is O2 code b/c of my de-cat. i was also going to get fatter grounding wires and new sparkplug/wires.
