it's a DC Sports 4-1 JDM stainless steel header, and the weld by the collector failed..

can it be repaired or do i have to spend another 5 to 6 bills for another 'good' header?

An exhaust shop/welder will be able to tack that up in under 10 minutes. If it's the model header with that ceramic coating, it's going to have to be ground down to bare metal, and then recovered to prevent rust.

 

yeah any experienced muffler guy can make something happen
