h22 is much heavier than most honda motors. I'm thinking you should go the good ol' gc/koni route for ride height adjustment and it's a very reputable setup for your money.

Ground Control makes a kit with spring rates specifically for a Civic w/ engine swaps. However I would recommend Konis with Koni-specific GC's, and then you can get the same spring rates as what comes in the GC engine swap suspension kit.

yea, i was for sure thinking the Koni Yellows and some Good GC's i saw a place that sold H22 specific springs iono. Then i saw the Omni Coils that had the street and racing spring sets.. with 12k front and 10k back.. that would more than deal with the H22 weight right? they were like 680ish too for all 4.

Im a suspension idiot btw so all the info and help is appreciated as i read up on my own

oh btw for the H22 equip people with Koni's can u plz tell me what GC's id most likely need.. i'd like a decent ride.. and when i hit a bump... i dont wanna feel it in my neck or back. THX again.

We have a H series specific swap spring for you. http://www.progressauto.com/products/productID/311

Those combined with some Tokico Illuminas would do just fine and great on the pocketbook! HT09A is the coupon code for 10% off.

They re-use the stock top hats.
