how hard to replace the valve seals on b-series?

Default how hard to replace the valve seals on b-series?

i have a eg hatch with an ls swap. burnin oil so i'm tryin to replace the valve seals. wondering how difficult it is to replace them. i looked for how-to's but couldn't really find any. any help will be greatly appreciated.

1. remove cams
2. use air compressor to pressurize cylinder through spark plug hole
3. compress valve spring, remove keepers, and remove retainer and spring
4. replace seal
5. re-assemble

DO NOT ALLOW COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY TO RUN OUT OR FALL OFF CYLINDER OR ANY UNATTACHED VALVES WILL DROP INSIDE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PULL THE HEAD.
