i need a few specs i have a helms but im thinking its wrong it says main cap bolts to 7ft/lbs. any way i need the crank(or main) cap bolt specs(LS), arp rod bolt specs(LS), and Golden Eagle(GSR) head stud specs. i am doing an ls-v build please

 

Off the top of my head...

Main caps - 56ft/lbs
Arp rod bolts - 28ft/lbs
Head studs - I go with 75ft/lbs on them

 

kinda want a for sure answer lol dont want them too loose or tight ecspeciallythe rotating assembly

for sure...
arp rod bolts = 26 ft/lbs
arp head studs = 80 ft/lbs or 85 ft/lbs with 40w oil
should be the same for the GE studs
