are all obd1 o2 sensors the same?
EDIT... answer is that they are the same , just wire lenght from sensor to plug.
Besides the VX 5-wire o2, i thought all OBD1 o2 sensors where interchangable.
When I went to Autozone they said that o2 sensors were different for 95 civic ex & 95 intgera gsr.....
1) I know the plugs are the same but what makes them different?....internal sensors so that it can relay different "values" to the ECU?
2) is the difference so minimal that I do not need to worry about which one to use ?
Thanks,
Charlie Moua

Yeah, I asked a similar question recently and the disposition was that the lengths of the wires were different and the sensors were the same.
Although, I think OBD1 and OBD2 O2 sensors are different because OBD1 sensors should be replaced every 60K miles while OBD2 sensors need to be replaced every 100K miles, so there must be some difference in the O2 sensors.
