First, I only want to make somewhere between 300-350 whp. Second, have a stock block. I have an A/R.50 turbo on a Mines ramhorn manifold, 2.5'' DP, and a 44mm Tial. I have SRP 10.5-1 pistons(going with a really thick cometic gasket .074), eagle rods w/ ARP 2000 bolts, and a valve-train, and a set of ARP head/main bolts to hold it together. Now, I have been reading up on some peoples' builds that they used ITR/CTR cams. They made real good power on them! I have also seen some people talking about their turbo cams "waking up" their turbo builds. With ITR/CTR cams going for usually more than what turbo cams go for; are ITR/CTR cams worth the money? Or should I get some turbo cams. Or better yet; without boosting the **** out of the motor, if I run the stocks can I attain my goal? I just want the most efficient set up possible. Input should be of the positive nature please! Thanks!

you should be fine with gsr cams
if you look at the duration/lift of the cams between ctr/itr and "turbo stage1 cams" they are usually all the same
if you want to "wakeup" your motor, go with a stage1 allmotor cam
get a decent valvetrain for <500$
-cheapest way possible- stock gsr cams
i wouldn't be revving past 8700rpms anyways on a gsr/b16 stock valvetrain

Well, I already have the gasket. Why? What is the problem? I wanted to lower the compression without buying new pistons. Valve train is aftermarket.
