Lower strut bolts wont come off - 1990 integra
Hey so I am trying to install my Skunk2 lowering springs and the lower strut bolt will not come off the LCA on BOTH sides. I didn't even have to use a breaker bar or anything, they loosened right up quite easily but now that they are about an inch out of the LCA they just spin and never actually come out. Any suggestions other than buy some new LCAs?
The bolts probably seized up onto the metal sleeve of the LCA bushing. Now you can leave it like that, unbolt the camber link so you can bring down the strut to continue installing the springs.
Or
Some how cut/break the bolt. either Buy new bushings (~$40 for both sides) and Bolt(~$10-20 for both sides) all from dealership and install in your current lca.
or
Buy blox lca(~$100-120 shipped) and buy new bolts.
