Default what tranny fluid would be the best

hey was up i just picked up ys1 gsr tranny and i want to charge the fluids be for putting it in the car and just want to know what kind and what name brand and how much such i put in

Royal Purple.... 10w30

its $9+ a quart. But well worth the money.

You can use any 10w30 motor oil but i would use a synthetic. Change it every 30k miles.

DO NOT EVER use synthetic motor oil in a Honda manual transmission. It is too slippery and will eventually wear out the synchronizers. You can use conventional motor oil in a pinch, but the newest formulation of Honda MTF or GM's Synchromesh Friction Modified are the best choices.
