Check out 3geez.com. There is a new company building Weber DCOE intake manifolds for the A20 motors. That will seriously unleash some power in combination with a header. If you're looking for some simplicity, the DGEV or DGES series of carburetors can be purchased with a kit to bolt to the stock intake manifold. Pierce Manifolds, or Carbs Unlimited are good places to start and both have good, fast service. Redline Weber also has all the parts but their parts guide on their site is completely wrong with the 80s Hondas. I recommend the DGES carb because it's simple and will still add some good power.
EDIT: I remembered the company making the A20 manifolds, Rowland Manifolds.
